ETS Oakland – BACP Gate Fee Increase

Attention all Motor Carriers in the Bay Area Chassis Pool (BACP):

Please be advised that FlexiVan has been notified by ETS that effective February 15, 2019, the ETS Gate Fee will be increased to $5.67 (from $5.50) per in & out gate move.

While FlexiVan continues to be adamantly opposed to terminal imposed gate fees, we, unfortunately, have no choice but must pass these fees on to our customers per our BACP Chassis Pool Agreements.

Please note that these gate fees are subject to annual review by the terminals and that additional terminals may begin charging gate fees as well.
